Insurance Information
We will be happy to submit to all insurance plans. We will try to do our best to help you understand your dental benefits and what it means to you. We accept most insurance plans; however prior to an appointment, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan.
Financing Your Treatment
If you don’t have dental insurance to help with your visit, we offer CareCredit interest-free financing.
Your First Visit
On your first visit, we will do a TV examination of your teeth and gums (so you can see what we are talking about), discuss pertinent medical and dental histories, take necessary x-rays (our computerized x-rays reduce radiation up to 90%), complete an oral cancer screening and/or do a teeth cleaning.
Please arrive 20 minutes early to have enough time to fill out your health history form and list the medications you are taking (these forms are available for download below). When you make an appointment, the time that we set aside for you is your time only. We see our patients individually and value your time and dislike keeping you waiting. We ask that you also respect our other patient’s time.
If you unable to keep your appointment please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
